Assistant Martial Arts Instructor Role Opportunity

We’re looking for reliable, trustworthy, and motivated individuals to join AG Martial Arts as Assistant Instructors.
This role is perfect for experienced students who are ready to take the next step — learning from the ground up, supporting our lead instructors, and eventually leading classes under supervision. You’ll gain valuable teaching experience while training in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the lead instructor in delivering martial arts classes for children, teens, and adults
- Help with demonstrations, class organisation, and encouraging students
- Provide individual assistance to students during sessions
- Learn how to plan and deliver engaging martial arts classes
- Progress towards leading full sessions under the guidance of senior instructors
- Be a positive role model, upholding the values of confidence, discipline, and respect
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in martial arts (previous training required, but no teaching experience necessary)
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and enthusiasm
- Someone willing to learn, grow, and take on responsibility over time
- A positive attitude and desire to help others achieve their potential
