We teach students from age 3 all the way through to adults, with tailored programmes for infants, juniors, teens, and adults. Each class is designed to suit the age and ability of the group.
We focus primarily on kickboxing-based training. Students going through classes will also recieve belts and certificates nationally recognised in the art of kickboxing.
Yes, we run most classes throughout the year, including during school holidays. Any planned closures will always be communicated well in advance.
Grading is an optional part of training and takes place at separate events throughout the year. It costs £25 per grading and allows students to be assessed for their next belt level. Gradings are structured, supportive, and based on our three-tag system — covering ethos, fitness, and syllabus. Instructors will let you know when your child or you are ready to take part.
Not at all - most of our students begin with zero experience. Our classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming, and our instructors guide you step-by-step through your martial arts journey.
Yes, in most of our venues we allow parents to watch - especially during early sessions. Some classes or locations may differ slightly, but we always keep communication open and transparent.
For your first class, just wear comfortable sports clothing. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll guide you on getting a uniform.
