Complaints

We take feedback seriously. If something hasn't lived up to your expectations, whether about an instructor, a venue or your experience as a member, please let us know so we can put it right.

Step 1. Speak to your venue's head instructor in the first instance, most issues are resolved here.

Step 2. If your concern isn't resolved, email complaints@agmartialarts.co.uk with the details.

Step 3. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
