As an instructor, you’ll play a vital role in guiding students on their journey, creating engaging and supportive classes that inspire progress both on and off the mats.
This is a flexible role that doesn’t require a full-time commitment — whether you want to teach once a week or more regularly, we’ll support you to make a real impact in your community.
Responsibilities
- Teach martial arts classes to children, teens, and adults of all skill levels
- Create and deliver engaging class plans that develop confidence, discipline, and martial arts technique
- Provide individual feedback and encouragement, ensuring each student feels supported on their journey
- Adapt teaching style to suit different ages and abilities
- Act as a positive role model, inspiring students through your passion and dedication
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and welcoming training environment
- Support students in working towards their belts, gradings, and long-term martial arts goals
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for martial arts and helping people achieve their potential
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Previous martial arts training experience (teaching experience preferred, but training can be provided)
- Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Someone who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives
