Not at all. Every single one of our students started as a complete beginner. Our classes are structured so newcomers feel welcome and supported from the very first minute.

What age can my child start?

We take children from age 3 in our Infants classes. As they get older they move up to our Juniors classes.

What should we wear to the trial?

Accepted Answer

Just comfortable, loose clothing, joggers and a t-shirt are perfect. We train barefoot on padded matting. You don't need a uniform until after you've enrolled.

Is there any pressure to sign up?

Absolutely none. The trial is a friendly first class, with no awkward hard sell. We want you to make the right decision for your family.
