Teens
Welcome to our Teens Martial Arts Programme at AG Martial Arts! Designed specifically for young people aged 13 to 17, our Teen classes offer a dynamic and challenging environment where they can build confidence, improve fitness and learn real kickboxing and martial arts techniques.

These classes strike the perfect balance between high-energy training and structured progression, making them ideal for both complete beginners and more advanced martial artists.
